About the role
Performance Physical Therapist.
As a Performance Physical Therapist at UpSlope, you're not just guiding patients through exercises. You're a catalyst for transformative change. One-on-one, hour-long appointments give you space to build a deep connection with each client.
You'll handle a caseload of 7 to 9 active and motivated clients daily. Continuity of care means you stay with the same people through their full journey. Simplified charting lets you focus on what actually matters: your patients' wellbeing.
Beyond the treatment room, occasional engagement in community events and social media gives you a chance to share the transformations happening at UpSlope.
