Co-Founder · Physical Therapist
Brady Hoffmann is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-founder of UpSlope Physical Therapy & Performance. He started UpSlope alongside his wife, Maddie, with a simple goal: create a physical therapy clinic that actually helps people feel better, move better, and get back to doing the things they love—without being rushed or treated like a number. Brady loves working with active adults and athletes who want more than a quick fix. His approach blends hands-on treatment with strength training and movement-based rehab, focusing not just on pain relief, but on building confidence, durability, and long-term resilience. He especially enjoys helping people who feel “stuck” finally make progress and realize what their bodies are capable of again. As a clinic owner, Brady is deeply involved in mentoring the team, shaping the clinical approach at UpSlope, and continuing to improve how care is delivered. He’s passionate about creating an environment where clients feel supported and clinicians have the time and tools to do their best work. Outside the clinic, Brady practices what he preaches. He enjoys strength training, skiing, fly fishing, and spending time outdoors with Maddie and their dogs. His love for movement, performance, and lifelong health is at the core of everything he helps build at UpSlope.
