Maddie is co-owner of UpSlope Physical Therapy & Performance alongside her husband, Brady Hoffmann. With a background in nursing, she brings a high level of organization, communication, and care coordination into the business side of UpSlope. Today, Maddie is fully integrated in operations—leading client experience, team accountability, and overall business systems to ensure every patient receives a seamless, high-level experience. She also works as an Accountability Coach with Clinical Marketer, helping other clinic owners grow and scale their businesses. Outside of work, Maddie embraces the Colorado lifestyle—spending time hiking, skiing, fly fishing, and camping. At home, she enjoys reading, cooking, and unwinding with their two dogs, Hank and Scout.
