If you are looking for a highly skilled physical therapist, Frankie is exceptional! I went from limited movement, pain with a buldging disc at L4-5 to fully functional and pain free in 10 sessions. Highly worth it, I can’t recommend Frankie and UpSlope Physical Therapy enough!

I had been having shoulder pain for a year or more--pain with activity, and awakening in the night with a deep ache. Pain was definitely limiting my resistance training, such as push ups, bench press, over shoulder presses. I worked for 6 sessions with Dr. Frankie at UpSlope. She showed me stretches and exercises, and did some deep tissue treatments. We worked on mobility, stability and strength. She set up a program for me to do on my own after making sure I was doing things correctly. I am now PAIN FREE, and back to all the movements and exercises I want to do. No more waking up in pain. I would recommend UpSlope and Dr. Frankie to anyone with shoulder pain!

Dr. Frankie is fantastic. She developed a complete program over the course of a few months to rehab my injured shoulder which was dramatically impacting my everyday life and my favorite sport, climbing. She worked with me to alleviate pain, increase my range of motion, and build strength + give me the tools to avoid issues moving forward--couldn't be happier with the results.

I choose Upslope over other places from their google reviews, they did NOT disappoint. Pricing was fair, communication, follow up and professionalism was excellent. I had Frankie help me start to rehab a shoulder injury over the course of 8 weeks and I'm finally on the path to repairing that issue, still a long way to go, but she really helped me get back into the swing of the progress to heal it up so I can get back to working out and daily activities.
