UpSlope Physical Therapy & Performance provides individual, personalized, one-on-one treatment every session. During your first appointment, We will get down to the root of your problem, start your treatment, and take you step by step through how we will start to solve your problem for good to get you back to your active lifestyle

At the end of your first visit, you and your Doctor will discuss your best course of ongoing treatments in Phase I which is typically between 8-12 sessions over the course of 3 months

All follow up appointments are an hour long and we typically see people once a week during the course of their plan to make sure we are making the progressions you are expecting!

Return To The Gym

Our return to  program begins with a personalized evaluation of your injuries, focusing on identifying the root cause of your issues, modifying your current program, and assessing your form. . We tailor exercises, modalities, and protocols to your specific needs, helping you regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Weather your thing is crossfit, power lifting, body building, or just enjoy hitting the gym, this program is for you

Return To The Trail

Our Return to the Trails program is designed to get you back outside and enjoying Colorado’s beauty! We will look at your strength, mobility, and  mechanics to develop a plan to getting you back to hiking with your pups, mountain biking with your friends, backpacking with your family and everything in between

Return To The Slopes

The Return to The Slopes program is for anyone looking to get back back to skiing or snowboarding after and injury or want to get back without pain! This program will set you up for long term success with ski/snowboard specific strength training to keep you on the slopes for as long as possible.

Return to Golf

Our Return to Golf Program is for athletes who need to get back onto the links. This program goes through fundamental movement patterns needed for this sport. This has specific components to keep injury recurrence as low as possible. We will increase mobility, improve swing efficiency and gain distance in order to take your golf game to the next level.

Return to Running

This Return to Running Program has been designed specifically by our running specialists here at UpSlope Physical Therapy & Performance. Our running specialists have worked with runners who want to be able to run their first 5K, all the way to runners competing at higher levels.

When we say we’re 100% committed to your entire rehab process, we mean it. During your rehab process and in between visits you will have direct access to your physical therapists if you have questions.

While many physicians and physical therapists will simply tell you to stop your desired activity we understand that avoiding the things that you enjoy most because of an injury is no way to live. Because of our background, many times we are able to find ways and make modifications to allow you to continue to participate in your desired activity without having to take time off while we help you rehabilitate from your injury.
